The Altar- A 4-Week Series on Presence, Ritual & Being Seen

$120.00

The stage used to be a place where I went to prove something… My worth, my value, my right to be seen.

For years, I tried to earn worthiness through perfection, unintentional performance, and being "impressive." But over time, I began to see how that kept me small, contained, and focused on the audience’s approval instead of my own authentic expression.

Most of us are taught that visibility is something we have to earn.Something we have to prove we deserve.

But what if being seen could become a ritual of self-acceptance? Self-becoming? Self-exploration?

What if your presence wasn’t a performance for approval, but something offered with reverence, just to be witnessed in your authenticity?

Ritual has been one of the most impactful tools in my own life.
Ritualizing something creates a sense of intention.
It anchors the moment and allows it to integrate more deeply.

If you let it, the stage can become a sacred space for your own expression.
An altar. A ritual of self-connection.

The Altar is a 4-week ceremonial series for anyone ready to deconstruct their relationship with being seen and reimagine performance as something sacred and self-oriented.

This space is for performers, dancers, strippers, teachers, space-holders, and anyone who’s simply curious and wants to take up more space in their life.

Through guided ritual, movement, and presence exploration, we’ll explore:

  • what it means to turn the stage into an altar for yourself

  • embodiment exercises to deepen connection with your body

  • practices to build embodied confidence (on and off the stage)

  • vulnerability as a source of strength and presence

  • how to take up space without shrinking

  • how to stop performing for approval and start offering something authentic

If you’re ready to shift the way you approach performing or simply deepen confidence, I’d love to guide you in this experience.

What people have to say about working with me in this capacity…

“Working with Taylor is like facing all the parts of yourself you’ve hidden from your whole life and welcoming them with open arms.”

“Taylor helped me love and appreciate my body and discover my own unique style of movement, which is still unfolding to this day.  I also deeply appreciate her ability to build community.  She magically brings together people who are supportive, non-judgemental, and contain beautiful loving hearts.”

“Two years after working with Taylor consistently and showing up even when it felt intimidating, I can now say I feel like a more sensual being, I feel more confidence than I have ever experienced in my life and I feel empowered as a dancer and as a woman, dare I say……. I feel powerful.”
